About these terms
These terms cover purchases from Pumpkin Row. Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline it — for example if a piece has sold out between your checkout and our packing table — and we will refund you in full if we do.
Colour and finish
Block-printed and naturally dyed pieces vary slightly between batches. Screens also render colour differently. Small variation is a property of the process, not a fault.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
