Fifteen days from delivery, unworn and with tags. No restocking fee, and we do not ask why.
How to start one
Open your account, find the order, and choose Return or exchange. We arrange the pickup — you do not need to book a courier.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free, both ways, once per order. If the size you want has sold out we refund instead and tell you when it returns.
Refunds
Back to the original payment method within five to seven working days of the piece reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
What we cannot take back
Gift vouchers, and anything that has been washed or worn. Innerwear is returnable only if the seal is intact.
