Ordering
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it is packed — usually a window of about twelve hours. Message us on WhatsApp with the order number and we will stop it if we still can.
Do you restock sold-out sizes?
Sometimes. We cut in small batches, so a print may not return. Every product page has a notify option; that list is the first to hear.
Fabric and care
Will it shrink?
Barely. We pre-wash every metre before cutting, so the shrinking happens on our floor rather than in your machine.
How should I wash it?
Cold machine wash, inside out, gentle cycle. Skip the dryer for block prints and line dry in shade — direct sun fades natural dyes faster than washing does.
Are the dyes safe?
All our dyes are azo-free. Block-printed pieces may release a little colour on the first wash, which is normal for natural dye; wash those separately once.
Sizing
Between two sizes — which do I take?
The larger one. Our waists are elasticated and most necks are adjustable, so a slightly big piece fits sooner than a slightly small one.
Delivery and returns
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch in 24 to 48 hours. Metro addresses in two to four days, elsewhere in India four to seven.
What is your returns window?
Fifteen days from delivery, unworn with tags. Size exchanges are free once per order.
