Shipping
Orders leave our unit within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Metro addresses usually receive in two to four days; the rest of India in four to seven. Shipping is free above ₹1,499 and ₹79 below it.
Returns and exchanges
Fifteen days from delivery, for any reason at all. The piece needs to be unworn with its tags on — beyond that we do not ask questions and we do not charge a restocking fee.
How to start one
Open your account, find the order, and press Return or exchange. We arrange the pickup. Refunds land back on the original payment method within five to seven working days of the piece reaching us.
Exchanges for size
Size exchanges are free, both ways, once per order. If the size you want is out of stock we will refund instead and tell you when it returns.
Cash on delivery
Available on orders up to ₹5,000. COD orders can be exchanged but are refunded to bank transfer rather than to cash.
